Based on our terms of purchase, we can fulfill orders with embroidered products only on advance payment base and the right of withdrawal does not apply to these orders! Embroidery will be done only after we receive the payment!
6.2. In which cases the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal
In case of non-prefabricated products that have been produced by the Service provider on the basis of the Consumers' instructions or at his express request, or in the case of products clearly tailored to Consumers' needs.
The embroidered clothes can be prepared within 5-8 working days! It means, that if You order an embroidered jacket, THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TO YOU ON THE NEXT DAY!
The indicated prices are gross prices, which already include the value of VAT!
