The embroidered clothes can be prepared within 5-8 working days! It means, that if You order an embroidered jacket, THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TO YOU ON THE NEXT DAY!!!

Machine embroidery is a computer-controlled process in which a special device makes stitches with a thread of the same colour as the pixels of a given digital image according to the location of the given pixel. Of course, photo quality is not possible, we can embroider in about 4-6-12 colours depending on the advancement of the machine.
During the preparation works, the image to be embroidered is "flattened" to the number of available colours, then a program is made from it, which is actually a series of numbers consisting of the position of each stitch and the corresponding colour.
Based on our terms of purchase, we can fulfill orders with embroidered products only on advance payment base and the right of withdrawal does not apply to these orders! Embroidery will be done only after we receive the payment!
6.2. In which cases the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal
In case of non-prefabricated products that have been produced by the Service provider on the basis of the Consumers' instructions or at his express request, or in the case of products clearly tailored to Consumers' needs.
