Handle: The outer part of the ergonomically designed handle is made of rubber, which provides the knife an extremely stable and non-slip grip.
The knife is dishwasher safe, can be used between -40 °C and +135 °C and is resistant to corrosion and detergents. The accessory HACCP colour coding at the end of the handle is replaceable.
