Kamagata kitchen knives are characterized by high wear resistance, flexibility and sufficient hardness.
At the beginning of the long-time development process, Tim Mälzer himself designed the shape of the original blades.
The name "Kamagata" (Japanese: "sickle-shaped") comes from the characteristic shape of the knife. The blades are made of stainless steel. Combined with the black handle, the knives have a minimalist design, are excellent to handle and are ergonomically suitable for all-day work.
